Our stars aligned walking into The Blessed Madonna show at Seattle’s Monkey Loft in 2019. As DJs and Mamas both launching our independent consultancies, we immediately felt the spark of collaborative potential.
We love to inspire courageous leadership and stoke community through vibrant experiences and conversations. With The Empathy Tour, we’re intentionally listening and learning together to shape our future business offerings, as we cultivate new ways to energize creative, resilient leaders, teams and organizations.
We’re committed to developing this campaign in a way that celebrates diverse voices and amplifies possibilities for how we can fundamentally rethink the way we do business. We know together we can design our organizations in service of an equitable and just future that works for everybody.

As founder of organization design firm Spille LLC, Jyoti partners with executive teams to align people and process to a compelling, heartfelt vision. She helps leaders and teams cultivate the courage to have conversations that matter.
Her approach is informed by global life experiences as a flight test engineer, artist, storyteller, and leader of change. Spille’s workshops explore how culture, mindsets and systems inform organizational development and enable leaders and teams to align to perform more effectively and creatively.
